(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to Osborne Park Hospital for rehabilitation after having surgery on my leg. I have gone to all the Saturday Physiotherapy sessions since they first started here and it has been great! It's been awesome because all the other patients and staff encourage each other to get better. It also gets me out of my room and is something to look forward to on the weekends.

Dear Geraldine,

Thank you for your reply, since this email was sent I have left the hospital and I'm doing well. Still adjusting to not going to the rehab in the morning, which I really loved doing. Many thanks to all the staff that helped me especially Danielle, she was amazing with me and really listened to what I needed and helped me any way possible.
