"Customer service compliment"

I attended the Eye Hospital in Macquarie Street, Sydney yesterday to assist my father with a procedure.

Dan at reception was excellent. I know great customer service when I see it, being in the industry for 33 years, and he went above and beyond to assist.  He also demonstrated great empathy, which is very rare these days. Overall our experience there ran smooth thanks to Dan. Dan deserves all the praise and I had the need to write this as he deserves to be acknowledged for his great work. Keep up the good work Dan!
