(as the patient),

I would like to give my appreciation and thanks to Ward 6 at Osborne Park. The care, kindness and attention given to my needs was outstanding. The nurses, theatre staff, doctors, physio and OT (occupational therapy) staff were caring and skilled. The PSA (Patient Support Assistants) and orderlies were friendly, approachable, calming and kind. They explained everything to me and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

It was so pleasing to read of the care and support that you received and the positive feelings this left you with.
