"The Austin Emergency"

I recently called an ambulance for my toddler and were promptly taken to The Austin emergency department. 

I’d just like to give my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful care we received there. We were taken in straight away where my toddler was assessed straight away by the ED, including a paediatrician who was called straight away. 

The nursing and medical staff in ED and short stay were all so reassuring and went out of their way to make sure we understood exactly what was going on with our toddler. Everyone, including the reception staff, orderlies and nursing/medical staff were friendly and courteous and I had 100% confidence we wouldn’t have received better treatment anywhere else.
