(as the patient),

Came in as I had a small object lodged in my cornea. Irene attended to me. She was direct and knows exactly what she’s doing. She got it out in minutes. Thanks to the nurses at front desk and doctor that attended to me, but my biggest thanks is to Irene. Irene is an absolute sweetheart. Many, many thanks for taking care of me, Irene!
