Wrong hip replacement

About: Grafton Base Hospital / General surgery

(as a relative),

The wrong hip was first placed that caused bad outcomes, then the patient was put back into surgery to place the correct one, once this was placed a nurse who I felt was untrained dislocated the placement causing catastrophic damage and it then needed a 3rd surgery. Then infection was noted that caused septic infection leading back to hospitalization.
