"Exceptional ED care"

I recently went to ED with bad pain, the care during my stay was fantastic. The staff made me feel comfortable and listened to. In particular Erin, Linda, Emily and Alice provided me with amazing care. Erin triaged me, she made me feel listened too and was very understanding and compassionate. Once through to a bay even though it didn't appear Erin had been assigned to care for me she continued to check on me and offer to help in any way she could. Linda cared for me overnight until I was admitted to short stay, Linda was very kind and happy to help in any way she could. She continued to make sure my pain was under control regularly. Emily cared for me in short stay and also provided wonderful care. Emily's compassion was greatly appreciated, she made sure I was comfortable and warm and was able to get a little rest. Alice looked after me the following day until discharge. Alice's care was exceptional, nothing was too much to ask of her and she regularly checked in to make sure I was okay. Even during a busy shift.   Alice took even the smallest concern or worry seriously and always made me feel listened to and heard. She would go above and beyond to make sure her patients were comfortable and well cared for and this was evident by the way that she treated not only me but the other patients in short stay. I felt very well cared for during my entire stay. All the nurses that cared for me kept me informed of what tests where being ordered next, the ongoing plan, when results would be available etc. This was greatly appreciated.
