"Waiting times"

My child is in agony and has been waiting for x-rays - this has been several hours now and still waiting.

My spouse is with my child and mentioned that they have witnessed several other people in distress and just left waiting for hours - it seems clear they are either understaffed or very slow. 

This follows previous experiences by myself - as well as elderly relatives that experienced the same waiting times, several hours at every occasion over the last year (since opening of hospital)

I was involved in an accident 2 years ago and dealt with Nambour Hospital at the time - chalk and cheese, never waited too long and staff were very efficient and helpful.

In my opinion, this is absolutely disgusting treatment when in agony!
