"Still no contact from a doctor"

I wish there was an option to rate zero stars! Such a bad display of care, in my opinion.

- Booked request for doctor via app at 9:34pm

- Received phone call from call centre at 9:43pm

- Confirmed appointment would be made with doctor

- 1 hour 32 minutes goes by with still no word

- Called back the call centre at 11:15pm as had no communication from doctor or call centre

- Followed the prompts and got pre recorded message advising call centre was closed and to call back during other times

- Called back the call centre again at 11:19pm

- Followed the prompts to make a new booking request

- Spoke with call centre staff who confirmed my mobile number and address for the current request

- Call centre advised they would contact doctor again and that doctor would contact me.

It’s now 2:00am and I still am yet to hear anything from a doctor or the call centre! I believe HouseCallDoctor should be ashamed of their actions or lack thereof.
