About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I had the misfortune of getting a foreign body stuck in the same eye twice within a 3 week period. This was my stupidity.

However, I had two radically different experiences with the two doctors. On the first occasion I had Dr Joshua who was outstanding, friendly, gentle to my eye, considerate and thoroughly professional.

On the second occasion, I had the misfortune to encounter a different doctor  who I found was unfriendly bordering on rude, impatient, rough on my eye.

Firstly I would like to say how sorry I am to hear that the 2nd experience with the Doctor did not reflect your first experience. Thank you for acknowledging Dr Joshua’s exemplary care and I will ensure the all the Doctors in the Emergency Department read and reflect on your experience.
