After a dreadful experience with a new, very well funded hospital, I contacted Armadale Hospital to see if they could accommodate me at short notice (within 24 hours), as I live hundreds of kilometres from Perth. I talked to Juanita. She was so lovely, helpful and kind on the phone. What a gem. She came back to me in less than a minute saying she had found me a place.

It's so easy to be polite and friendly and makes such a huge difference to the patient experience. I have had nothing but good experiences with all the people I have seen at Armadale Hospital.
