My father was recently taken by ambulance after a nasty fall. He was sent to level 5S - Neuro Ward after going through the Emergency Department.
All the staff from nurses to doctors, social workers, physios, rehab. staff including cleaning and food staff were exemplary.
I will be writing separately to the CEO to pass on how thankful my sister and I were.
They cared for my dad with such kindness not only to dad but also my sister and myself.
My dad would not be alive today if they had not been as attentive and positive.
