(as a relative),

My parent went here for some high level respite care. There appears to be minimal staffing and supervision. My parent had 3 falls in one week. This is meant to be a specialised memory support unit, but they were unable to provide high level care due to lack of staffing. I believe they dumped my parent back to hospital. In my opinion, Centre Management was very uncaring & unsupportive.
