I would like to share my experience as I was so impressed with the customer service and attention to detail from all staff members at Bass Coast Health. 

Especially, many thanks to Dr Katherine and Nurse Fiona for their understanding and compassion, they were so caring. It is such a beautiful experience to know there are people like them that have such dedication and attention to detail with their patients and make a short stay a 5-star rating from the moment you walk in. I did not have a long wait because I was attended to very quickly and they answered all my concerns with a discharge summary of everything they did including blood tests, exams etc. I highly recommend Bass Coast Health as they truly care about patients and their well being. 

Thank you so much for making my experience and short stay a very welcoming one.

How wonderful that you took the time to write this lovely feedback about the Emergency Department service and staff. I am particularly pleased that you have pointed out the care and compassion of two rising stars - Katherine and Fiona - and we will be sure to pass your feedback on to them. The Emergency Department can be a very stressful workplace where the things that matter most - kindness and compassion - are usurped by the busy tasks at hand - I am very proud that our staff stay focused on the things that really matter and I am sure that this feedback to Katherine and Fiona will help them continue to focus on improving the experience to our patients. Thank you - and I hope that whatever took you to the ED is resolving.
