I just want to say a huge thank you to all the staff involved in my recent stay on Ward G53. I stayed for 5 days following hip surgery and I can't thank the staff enough. From the nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, service staff, radiology, pain team, pathology, admissions clerks and all the theatre staff you were all amazing.

I have also been attending the Orthopaedic Clinic since then and again the staff have been great.

It was so pleasing to read of the supportive care you received at the time of your surgery. Our motto at Charlie’s is to ‘put patients first’ and I am very glad that this was how you were made to feel, and that all the staff played such a pivotal role in helping you through this journey.
