"Medicap clinics too early"

TLC Medical Clinic in Noble Park closed half an hour early, making it impossible to make an appointment over the phone when someone should be there answering the phones until closing time. Instead it appears they shrug the responsibility off to an automated phone service, which tells you to call the emergency services, then hangs up on you. Why can't they simply do there job? If your closing time is 4pm, then I believe you should continue normal operations until you close. In my opinion, these clinics are why people don't trust the system.
