I would like to say a big thank you for helping me the other night when I was in extreme pain. The ambulance driver and paramedic where fantastic at there job at 4 in the morning. Howard the paramedic with all the drama that one gets in their role showed fantastic care and showed much empathy when needed.
I am grateful for such people in this world that happen to work for you (Royal North Shore Hospital).
Please send my thank you to Howard and to the rest of your staff for their great work.
