"Treatment and safety"

I have been a resident of Barryne Village for a number of years now and I have always felt intimidated and disrespected by the managers of this village. 

There is no consistent provision of maintenance here and there is a great deal of discontent among residents.

There is currently a formal complaint in progress by residents against Helping Hand regarding their lack of maintenance and disrespectful treatment of residents.

In my opinion, this is certainly not a place for vulnerable people as there is no support offered to residents by Helping Hand - for example the management recently removed the bush fire safety provisions which had been installed for residents.

The mission statement of Helping Hand is not reflected in their treatment of residents of Barryne Village.
