(as a parent/guardian),

I work for Royal Perth Bentley Group, but in a different part of the service to where my teenager received emergency treatment in ED and then admitted to 5G overnight. I know it's likely I could be prejudiced towards my own service, but it's actually the opposite and usually I look for how things can be better.  For my family I really want the absolute very best as well. 

I have to say that is what we have both received at Royal Perth during this time. My teenager's treatment has been exceptional, the nurses brilliant, their practice of such a high standard that I have been blown away. All the team were so polite, professional and compassionate that it makes me even prouder to work for this service. I want to say thank you to the nurses in particular (okay I am a little bit biased as a nurse myself) for delivering amazing nursing care, but to all involved in my teenager's care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart xx

Thank you for taking the time to share your thanks and words of praise for the staff that looked after your child. As a nurse yourself you would certainly know the pressures of the environment and how important teamwork is to providing great care. We are very proud of the compassionate, professional and collaborative staff that we have at Royal Perth Bentley Group and I am sure that the teams in ED and 5G will be delighted to be recognized and praised by a fellow health care professional.
