"Me not seeing a doctor when needed"

You doctors at House Call only seem care about hitting the quota of patients required and send one doctor to where the patient needs them. I live on the northern side of Townsville, I need to see a doctor. I tried a GP, but the GP didn't even check my throat, which is what I went there for them to check. So I called House Call Doctors and was declined, because only one doctor will come here and that doctor has a full list of patients. So why not send another doctor here after they've done their list? In my opinion - instead of only giving a toss about hitting the quotas. I don't have transport again to go to the GP, but it seems you expect people with no car to be able to get to the doctors again. You don't know everyone's situation. If someone was babysitting they can't leave, if someone was worried their child was sick instead of the extra stress of doctors being closed, I believe you should go to them for the sake of the child. Instead of letting someone suffer in pain without any pain relief until the morning or any clue what they might have.  Someone doesn't have transport, but seems you want them to risk infecting many others in a bus even if its highly contagious. I'm fed up with doctors appearing to not care and not doing what they are meant to do which is care for others. They're meant to save lives, heal the ailments of the sick.
