"Fremantle Hospital Day Surgery"

From the minute I arrived at the ward with my wife, I was treated with friendliness and compassion. After admission, even though it was cross-over time between morning and afternoon surgery lists and all the staff were super busy, the care I received was excellent. Special kudos to Ellie who looked after me prior to surgery and although she was working in a different area when I returned from theatre, took the time to visit to inquire as to my wellbeing. The reception staff were cheerful, the patient services assistants were so friendly and helpful, and all the nursing staff, even though they were run off their feet at times, were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, they all worked well as a team and everyone kept busy at all times, I didn’t see anyone slacking off or grumpy the whole time I was there. The doctor was informative, treated me with respect and dignity and was basically, a very reassuring and nice person.
