"Addiction"

I became addicted to substances when I was 15 years old. My addiction took me to the most darkest place I could have ever imagined. It took me to prison and losing everything including myself. The first time I stopped using was 10 years ago, and have been struggling with getting clean and sober ever since. This time I decided to go to Logan House and I discovered a new way of life. I had to want to be clean and sober first. Once at Logan House I discovered beneficial teachings and learning to love myself. And also learned about the importance of general health, both mental and physical. I found the staff to be devoted 100% committed and wonderful.

During my recovery phase at Logan House I discovered the option of Transition House. Once finished the program at Logan House I came to the Transition House program. I would have not been able to transition back into the community without the devoted support of Branka and the atmosphere that Transition House provides. I was able to concentrate on vital things such as: housing, relationship with family, getting my ID and concentrating on bettering my life.
