(as the patient),

I had an unfortunate experience where a “medical termination” of a missed miscarriage was unsuccessful. I ended up in A &E in agony and I was treated by the most professional team who were so generous with their sincerely empathetic nature and genuine concern for my well being. I ended up having to go back for another procedure and I was treated to the same kindness. From the reception area to being released, and everything in between I can’t credit this incredible team enough and I thank you for making feel cared for. They have a hard job in this part of the country and they are truly so kind and compassionate.

Dear Nor

Firstly please let me say I am genuinely sorry to hear about you being so unwell. This is obviously an extremely difficult time for you, so the fact you have taken the time to write to us regarding your experience in our ED is very welcomed.

Our staff do an amazing job on a daily basis and they are always very professional in their approach to patients. However, it is their ability to empathise and show concern for someone who is so unwell, is what we are most proud of. Thank you for taking the time to write to us about this experience and I will be sure to pass on your thoughtful words to our staff.

I wish you all the best for the future and hope you are recovering day by day.
