"Poor management"

I feel the nursing staff are disgraceful. I believe they lack any clinical knowledge.

Facility has been shut down in January due to Norovirus outbreak because of what I believe to be poor hygiene practices and cost cutting by the facility manager.

I feel that the manager puts profits before residents safety.

Cannot retain carer staff due to what I feel is poor management and bullying tactics by the manager.

I would never place a loved one in this facility.
