Melody Park held onto the exit entitlement for the full 6 months, which the service user is contractually entitled to, which meant that the service user had to pay two lots of service fees when they moved to a unit offering higher care for the full 6 months.
Melody Parks lawyers were difficult to deal with and specifically drip fed us their requirements which caused additional delay in obtaining the exit payment.
By contrast Earle Haven were a pleasure to deal with.
