"Care for my parent"

My parent has been in Blue Cross Ivanhoe for almost 12 months,

Although my parent would have preferred to stay in their own home this was impossible for safety reasons.

Since arriving at Blue Cross Ivanhoe my parent has been looked after by smiling, happy, caring and efficient staff.

The attention to detail, the number of staff available, and their efforts to provide a home away from home have been superb.

My parent, who would still like to be young enough to live in their own home concedes that the people are all lovely and they look after my parent so well.

Blue Cross Ivanhoe are very welcoming of family and the communication and reaction to input from family are all excellent.
