"Treatment in the Emergency Department at Geraldton Hospital"

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended with my teenage child during the late evening recently. Our overall treatment was good; at triage, the clerk's desk and in the waiting room. However the manner of the doctor who saw my child was exceptional. She was kind, spoke gently and talked directly to my child which felt respectful and helped my child to understand and take seriously the condition and treatment. I would like the doctor to be acknowledged for her good work.
