"Not receiving Health Treatment"

About: Westmead Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I am suffering from non-diabetic hypoglycemia and have suffocated breathing with low energy levels. It felt like I was about to die, so I called 000 for an ambulance. When I reached the hospital, as usual I felt their behaviour was laid back and after an hour the first nurse came to look at me and ask me what is happening. First nurse took my blood, checking for blood glucose sugar (which was 4.8 and normal) and the other nurse checked my blood pressure which was high 180 because of low energy levels. I was trying to explain them what is going on in huffed and puffed low voice and said my glucose is low and I just need glucose drip to bring my breathing back up. I told them I was eating sugar and glucose at home and it did help me in regaining my breathing back. But I feel the nurse did not listen to me and I believe tried to mock my words with an egotistic attitude. The nurse said where is your sugar bowl. How am I supposed to carry a sugar bowl with my hands when I am struggling with my breathing and could not even carry my own bag? Does emergency not mean to come empty handed when one is in trouble? The nurse checked my blood glucose and it was fine and they said you do not need glucose drip. I told them that I am not diabetic and I have non-diabetic hypoglycemia.

Then I was told to wait outside for the main doctor to arrive with my suffocated breathing. An hour later when the main doctor came I told the doctor the same symptoms and I feel they did not believe me at all and tried to make their own conclusions. The doctor said I want to check your heart, anaemia and thyroid. I told the doctor that nothing is wrong with my heart and I have no thyroid and I am anaemic and showed them my pale yellow eyes. The doctor then asked for a blood test. I asked where is the blood from when the nurse outside took it. Inserting needle again and again was hurting my tender arm and I was having trouble with picking up my sleeves because of layers as I always feel cold. Then I was told to wait outside.

After 4 hours of waiting a nurse came outside to ask me to give urine sample. How could I say no to that? Another 4 hours of waiting the doctor came out and said there is nothing wrong with your blood test, but I have a urine infection so gave me prescription of antibiotics and sent me off.

What a ridiculous diagnosis from these authority breathing doctors. Because of their authoritative materialistic mind, where would an ordinary human being end up? They might be in a cemetery. Every woman knows with urine infection comes high fever not lost breathing. And there is no record of blood glucose and blood pressure in the report which the doctor gave me just to clear their record.
