(as a parent/guardian),

My child was injured whilst at training, we went straight to emergency and were put straight through. All the staff were amazing! They all spoke to my child (rather than ignore them and talk to me). 

Both the doctor on duty and the x-ray technician sat my child down and explained what they could see so my child understood and if they had a question the doctor and x-ray technician answered them. Amazing and caring staff!
