"Car Parking availability at Narrogin Health Service"

About: Narrogin Health Service Narrogin Health Service / Emergency Department

(as other),

I have been visiting the hospital daily for nearly a week and there has been the same govt vehicle parked in the same car park every time I have come / returned. It is parked very close to the new Primary Health building right along side the disabled parking bays and taking up a car park for a patient  / visitor attending your facility. The registration is 1Q** **2. I would assume that there is suitable parking for government & staff vehicles at your facility and they should not be taking up precious client car parks.

Dear CP,

Thank you for your feedback in relation to parking at the front of our new Primary Health building in Narrogin.

The government vehicle that you have observed parked close to the front entrance is used by our Aboriginal Health and Mental Health teams to transport clients to various health and specialist appointments. As a result of your feedback, our patient liaison staff will move the vehicle once they have ensured that patients have been safely escorted to their appointments. They will return when required to collect the patients.

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please contact Dee Hollett – A/Director of Population Health on 9881 0385.

Kind regards

Sean Conlan

Regional Director WA Country Health Service Wheatbelt
