About: Royal Perth Hospital / Stomach, Bowel and Liver Care (Gastroenterology and Hepatology)

(as the patient),

I am from the Uk and have had Crohn’s Disease for nearly 28 years and I have spent 4 years here in Australia. The gastroenterologist that I am under here in Perth and the IBD nurses are by far the best team I have ever had look after me. As soon as I have any worries/problems with my Crohn's I give the IBD nurses a call and they call my doctor and as a team, they do everything they can to help me. 

They are so efficient with getting back to me and arranging appointments, tests etc that I no longer wait around worrying as I know it doesn’t take them long to get back to me with a solution.
