"Staff should be congratulated at Northam ED"

(as the patient),

I recently presented to the Northam Emergency Department following a collapse at home from being ill.  From the moment I was greeted at the desk to my discharge, the care, compassion and reassurance  shown to me by the nurses and doctor was fantastic.  The nurse caring for me took the time to explain what treatment I will be receiving, tests and what medication I was going to be given and why.  The management at Northam are to be proud of the professionalism and compassion their staff display to patients and their families.  Thank you to all

It is heartening to know that you found the staff in the Northam Hospital Emergency Department (ED) to be highly skilled, professional and caring. I am proud of the level of commitment and dedication that staff have in their roles and they are always delighted to receive recognition of this from patients and their families. I have asked that your kind words be passed on to all of the staff in the Northam Hospital ED, as well as my own appreciation for the excellent service they have provided to you.
