(as the patient),

Recently I went into Community Health with my baby for Mothers Group. I had concerns regarding my baby not looking like they were gaining weight and asked Ali, the Lactation Consultant about it and she could not have been more helpful. My baby was under their birth weight and Ali noticed they had another fixable problem and straight away Ali was organising to see a doctor and giving me lots of support and advice regarding feeding and expressing. After having a bad experience with a doctor (have written another feedback opinion regarding this) Ali was quick to help and try get me into seeing someone in Perth. 

Thanks to all nurses at Community Health but a special thanks to Ali for everything she has done.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about the care you received at Community Health whilst attending the parents' group and with Ali.

It is always wonderful to hear about the positive impact our staff have with the service they deliver for our community, especially when it involves young children.
