About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Goldfields

(as a carer),

We have been using the PATS travel scheme for many years now. Accessing the health care needed to maintain our child's health. Living in the Goldfields is a choice we make, but knowing there are support services such as the PATS Scheme to help us access further assistance is a relief.  

The customer service via the Team in Kalgoorlie PATS Office is exceptional.  I am always given information accurate to my needs, we feel welcome and comfortable in the space and the staff are fantastic at reassuring us everything is taken care of. 

Keep up the great work Kalgoorlie PATS  - your smiling faces make tough days better
