"My spouse's mental health"

About: John Bomford Centre NDCH Community Nursing & Allied Health Services

(as a carer),

I feel really let down by the support systems for my spouse's mental health condition which has been 2 years. They are supposed to be under case management and nothing has been put in place to help my spouse adequately during this time. I have lost faith in the system as a worker has not been to visit in over a month to help my family.

Hi Shannon.

We need a lot of help in Kerang, though challenging we did actually have the worker come today which was great and helpful but we are really isolated in Kerang and we need some urgent help and assistance please.
