I fell and was unable to get up unaided. Taken by ambulance to Margaret River Hospital. The hospital was full, as was Busselton (but I did have a CT Scan and X-rays at Busselton). Sent to Augusta Hospital by ambulance. I stayed there for one week. The nursing care was absolutely outstanding. They were highly professional, warm and caring. I feel a couple of the doctors who were called in to see me need to remember that it is good manners to introduce themselves to a patient. This only applied to a couple. However, it was sad that the nursing staff had to work in such, what I believe to be, poor physical conditions.
After one week I was moved to Margaret River Hospital. Facilities were beautiful from my point of view and the nursing and medical attention was excellent.
