I have recently completed the Cardiac Rehab Program at The Angliss.

The Program has been a wonderful experience; the leaders/instructors/speakers were first class. I was particularly impressed by the genuine care, encouragement  and empathy they had for all of the patients. I now feel motivated to continue on a further program, and feel confident I can sustain my interest. I was also very inspired by Brian, the Volunteer, who seemed to have eyes in the back of his head. What a wonderful contribution he makes to the program. 

CR stands for Cardiac Rehab - to me CR stands for Confidence Restored.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your positive experience with the Cardiac Rehabilitaiton Program conducted at the Angliss Hospital.

It is clear the program has had a lasting impact on you and your health and in particular Brian, the volunteer. It will give me great pleasure to share your feedback with the team working in the program and also their manager.
