Sat in the Paediatric Department for nearly 4 hours from midnight to 4 am with my grandchild waiting to see a doctor, while the staff were more worried about a food app and waiting for McDonalds to be delivered. In the mean time I was sitting with a young child, who is on the autism spectrum, waiting. They then talked about getting patients out quick. Where has the care gone? I hope they are never on the receiving end of needing care. Sorry but I am utterly disgusted.
