About: Silver Chain WA

Phoned Silver Chain regarding services for a family member. Was informed I would receive a phone call, I waited 10 days and still no phone call, I phoned again and was given very conflicting information on who would be returning my phone call, 3 days later I was still waiting.

Silver Chain deals with vulnerable community members and I feel they are hoping the customer has no person advocating for them and they will go away and say it is too hard. Absolutely disappointed with the lack of information and or follow up. I need to find information about transitioning to NDIS and the letter Silver Chain sent.
