"Amazing facilities and staff at my parent's aged care home"

It was a big step for both my parents to move into an Aged Care Residence. My mum suffers from panic attacks but my very frail dad was no longer able to care for her. As a family, we were very concerned for them. However, the experience has been outstanding. Yes, the facility is luxurious and beautiful but most importantly the staff are also beautiful.

Manager Florence has been simply magnificent, supporting my parents with such sensitivity and kindness. My father says: this must be the best place in Australia. I am so lucky to be here! Thank you wonderful Michelle and fabulous nursing staff and carers for comforting my mother and caring so well for my dad. And thank you, Chef Jonathon. Nothing has been too much trouble. As a family we are so grateful. A superb caring facility.
