About: Bentley Wellness Clinic

(as a carer),

I feel there is no support from nurses. In my opinion, they are not supportive, caring or understanding in any way. I understand the lack of funding in public health but general caring should be a job function. It feels like it’s just a place to dump someone with no structure and with enough lack of stability due to mental illness and depression. I feel that having absolutely no structure or stability is counterproductive.

I would even go so far as to say their staff, doctors included, are aggressive and negative. My parent was placed here and the thought of even allowing anyone else to stay a night would make me cringe. Funding is always an issue in the public sector but it should not be an excuse to not even care.
