(as the patient),

Attended Hedland Health Campus Emergency Department (ED) recently with pain in my chest, arm and back that had progressively been getting worse over a period of weeks. I had seen 3 GPs who couldn't find what was wrong. I was seen by Nial. I explained my symptoms and he prescribed me medication and I am already 99% better, great service!

I am very proud of our team and service delivery and greatly appreciate receiving feedback from patients, particularly where they experience a positive result from their treatment.
