I feel that I was totally overcharged for services.
I used most of my weekly pension, and then went into $25,000 deficit and wanted to charge me for that. They lost all the paperwork that we needed to see what happened (how convenient). I refused to pay the $25,000 deficit and they stopped services. I feel that they are not trustworthy at all.
