"No solution to problem"

About: Exmouth Health Service

(as the patient),

Issues with bowel movement for over a year. Gradually taking its toll on my quality of life.

I was finally referred to a visiting specialist.

The specialist's mannerisms were blunt but perfectly exceptional.

However, despite my GP's concerns and the fact I am no longer able to get through day-to-day life without being affected negatively and/or embarrassingly I was told there is nothing wrong with me.

I was not offered a solution (one that had not already been attempted and failed).

The specialist did not go through all my files to look back at what attempts had been made to rectify the issue.

I feel that because I am in my 20's, and my common disease tests came back as negative that no less common disease, cancers or other possibilities would even be considered. I feel this is not fair.

I will seek second opinion as I know what I am going through is not normal and not OK.
