"Assistance from Admin staff"

About: Carnarvon Hospital

(as a relative),

We attended an appointment for my spouse with a visiting specialist (Ophthalmologist) recently and managed not so clearly to lock the car keys and both mobile phones in the vehicle. The lady at the reception area in the new administration block was extraordinarily helpful.  I'm sorry to say that I have forgotten her name, a fair-haired woman whose workstation is furthest from the main door, Chris?

Anyway, despite it being a trying day all round for staff as the plane bringing the specialist/s in was late. This dear lady was helpfulness personified.  She really went out of her way for us and we'd like to give her three rousing cheers and a heartfelt thankyou.  She wasn't there when we left, (probably gone off to have a scream about the irresponsible twits who locked their keys in the car) so we didn't have the opportunity to thank her.

But we are very appreciative of what she did for us

Dear columbaec97,

Thanks for taking the time to share your appreciation for our staff member on Patient Opinion. The lovely lady you speak of is Christine who is a valued member of the team at the Carnarvon Hospital. I have personally passed your thanks on to Christine who was very happy that she was able to help in your time need.

Thanks for getting in touch and I wish you all the very best.

Warm regards

Michele
