"Great care"

Recently I have been in one of Sydney Eye Hospital's Ward. Jenny is my meal delivery lady. She is a lovely person - truthful, courteous and helpful. She unwraps my meals for me and is very cheerful with lovely manners. I feel her efforts go unnoticed and unrewarded. As a patient I am very grateful. She is a pleasant and charming woman. I am an elderly person with multiple severe disabilities and she cares for me. She has an inspiring manner.

I spoke to the Nurse Unit Manager today and the care received from nurses has been wonderful. They are kind and considerate, efficient, capable, punctual and reliable. They come in the morning and introduce themselves. Each individual nurse is assigned for each patient. I've had a great experience during the my time there. They have been very easy to deal with.
