"Was seen almost immediately"

About: Royal Perth Hospital

(as the patient),

I arrived 10 minutes ahead of appointment time; and was seen almost immediately by the anesthetist, then with intermittent sessions in the packed waiting room by other health professionals - who questioned, investigated and prodded me.

Four and a half hours later I hobbled my way back home. All in all, reasonably efficient - considering the millions of patients in the waiting room and very impressive how everyone I had to see was unfailingly friendly and patient, considering their work pressure. I was more than impressed, and I was really touched by the way my case was processed.

Dear Xerxes,

Thank you for sharing your positive feedback with us on your recent treatment and waiting time at Royal Perth Hospital. We are very fortunate to have the caring, friendly and efficient staff that we do, who as you point out, have a large volume of patients to see. It is lovely for them to receive the kind of feedback that you have provided. Thank you again, I will ensure your words of thanks are passed along.

Kind Regards

Dr Lesley Bennett
