(as the patient),

I had a pain down my left arm and left side of my body a few days ago. I put up with the pain throughout the day, but in the evening I decided to change to go to bed. I then noticed a rash all down the left hand side of my body, going through to the centre of my stomach and back. I then phoned Cowes Medical Hub and was informed to come around.

The pleasant, courteous and professional manner that I was treated with by the security officer, receptionist, nurse and doctor was extraordinary. I believe that they ALL should be commended for the way that they conducted themselves.

Dear Wacky,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We will make sure the staff at the Hub receive this feedback and I know they will be really chuffed.

I am pleased we were able to assist and I hope your pain and rash has resolved. Whilst we hope we don't see you back there too soon, its hopefully reassuring to know we are open 24/7 to assist. (And the trick is the further outside hours you come, the less busy you should find it)

I had cause to have to return to The Hub a few days later (daylight) and although a lot busier, again the same pleasant, courteous and professional manner.

The Staff at the Hub should be proud of themselves!
