(as the patient),

I love you guys, all of you. I came into your hospital hundreds of times in the last year. I had a hernia operation and two weeks in Emergency after a motorbike crash and I thought you guys were all brilliant. It was a really horrible time for me, but you guys took control and made the experience a whole lot less scary for me. I'm not at all religious but you guys definitely are angels. Thanks so much.
