(as the patient),

I just want to say that I was super grateful of the excellent work done by the ER doctors, nurses and orthopaedic surgeons who treated me recently when my finger got stuck in a weird hole attached to a hook (don't ask lol). I was super embarrassed and also was in a lot of pain after a while. But they kept me calm and got it off after a few hours struggle as it was stuck.
